How to Add Medications to a Resident’s profile Manually?
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on manually adding medication information to a resident's profile within Curenta system.
1. From the Resident Profile, click on "Medications" to access the Medication Profile

2. Displayed are all the active medications, and you can change filters to view on-holds and discontinued as well. Click "Add New Medication" to add any new medications.

3. Enter the desired medication name

4. Enter the directions of use.

5. The system will automatically align the directions of use with the med pass times for your facility. Complex administration times can be added by clicking on "Add Frequency"

6. Enter the desired frequency and number of times a day to be administered.

7. The system will suggest administration times based on your inputs, and these can be changed. Once done, click on "Save Frequency"

8. You are able to upload any RX images you have for the medications.

9. Once all desired medication is entered, click "Add Medication"

10. Now you're done! You will see the newly added medication on the Medication Profile.
