How to Create a Daily Task (ADL, Vitals)?
This guide provides a step-by-step process for accessing and managing residents' ADLs and Vitals data within the Curenta dashboard.
Follow these simple steps to add ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) & Vitals for a resident:
1. Navigate to https://dashboard.curenta.com/patients
2. Select the resident you need to update
3. Click on “ADL's & Vitals”

4. Click on "Add New Item"

5. Choose the required Intervention

6. Select either a Vital to measure or an ADL. Let’s choose “Blood Pressure” for now.

7. Enter the Directions for this intervention.

8. Set the Frequency Number to indicate how often this task should be performed daily.

9. Set the End Date for the intervention. If the end date is not defined, we recommend selecting a date 5 years in the future.

10. Click on "Save"

📌 Now, we have a daily Blood Pressure measurement task set up!
11. Hover your mouse over the correct hour of the day to log a new measurement.

12. A pop-up will appear to enter the reading.

13. Type the measurement in the reading field (e.g., 130/90 mmHg).

14. You can add Notes under the reading space, then click Save to log the measurement.

You can select the specific intervention you need from the dropdown menu after clicking "Add New Item". Once you've saved an intervention, you can edit or delete it by clicking on the three dots (...) next to the task and selecting the appropriate option. Yes, you can add multiple tasks for a resident by repeating steps 4-9 for each intervention needed. Simply select the appropriate intervention type for each task and enter the relevant details. - What should I do if I encounter an error while saving the intervention?
If you encounter an error, double-check that you've filled out all the required fields correctly, including the directions, frequency number, and end date. To ensure consistency, set up a recurring schedule for the tasks by defining the frequency number and end date. This will create a daily reminder for the staff to perform the interventions. You can also use the hover feature to easily log readings at the appropriate time of day. - What happens if I forget to log a measurement at the scheduled time?
Don't worry! You can still log the measurement at a later time by hovering over the relevant hour on the dashboard. The system will automatically record the time of the measurement. - Can I edit or delete an existing ADL or vital task?
Yes, you can edit or delete any existing task by clicking on the three dots next to the task name. From there, you can modify the intervention, frequency, and end date or delete the task entirely. - What are the acceptable formats for entering vital readings?
For blood pressure, enter the reading in the format "130/90 mmHg". For other vitals, refer to the specific measurement units and formats required for that intervention.
