How Can an Admin Invite New Users?

Inviting users to your account on Curenta’s platform is straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure new team members can access the tools they need to enhance workflow efficiency and improve resident care.

Add LTC User

Step 1: Access the User Management Section

1. Log into your Curenta Admin Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Settings tab located in the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Select User Management from the drop-down options.

 

Step 2: Add a New User

1. Click the “Invite LTC User” button located at the top-right corner of the User Management page.

2. Fill in the required details:

  • Email Address: Provide the email address they will use to log in.
  • Role: Select their role within your organization (e.g., Caregiver, LVN Nurse, Director of Nursing, Med tech).
  • Facility Level: Choose the appropriate facility/community you want to give access to the user to

 

Step 3: Send Invitation

1. Click the “Send Invitation” button to send an email invite to the new user.

2. The recipient will receive an email with a unique link to set up their account and create a password.

 

Step 4: Monitor User Onboarding

  • The User Management page will show the status of the invite:
  • Pending: The invitation was sent but has not yet been accepted.
  • Active: The user has completed the setup and is ready to access the system.

 

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Q: Didn’t receive an invitation email?

  • Ask the user to check their spam/junk folder.
  • Verify the email address is entered correctly.

Q: Invitation expired?

  • Resend the invitation by clicking the Resend button next to their name.

 

Best Practices for User Roles and Permissions

  • Assign roles that align with the staff’s responsibilities to streamline their experience.
  • Regularly review user activity to ensure access levels are appropriately configured.
