Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What does the 'Updates from Pharmacy' column indicate?
This column displays real-time updates from the pharmacy regarding your orders. You'll encounter statuses like 'New' for new orders, 'On-Hold' for orders temporarily paused by the pharmacy or prescriber, and 'Discontinue' for orders that have been stopped. The "On Hold" status can have two meanings: it may mean the order is placed on hold by the prescriber, or the pharmacy may have received a renewal order from the prescriber and is holding the new one until you finish using the previous one.
  2. What does 'On-Hold' mean, and why would an order be placed on hold?
An 'On-Hold' status can mean either the prescriber has placed the order on hold or the pharmacy has received a renewal order and is waiting for you to finish the previous one before processing the new one.
  3. What happens after I accept an update from the pharmacy?
After accepting the updates, you will see the most current and updated prescriptions, synced with the pharmacy's information and reconciled with the physician's orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
